About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused

Inbound Sales Specialist

to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound leads, answering inquiries and guiding prospects through our products and services. You will engage with clients primarily via phone, email, and WhatsApp, converting their interest into sales while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound inquiries through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages Assist prospects in understanding our products/services and match them with their needs Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing questions and providing timely solutions Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales in our CRM Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and customer experiences Follow up on leads and sales inquiries to ensure prompt closure Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

Proven experience in inbound sales or customer service roles Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and WhatsApp Strong ability to listen, understand, and respond to customer needs Ability to work well independently and in a team setting Comfortable using CRM tools, email platforms, and WhatsApp for business communication Self-driven with strong time management skills Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
