Position Overview:
As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle inbound and outbound calls for an international B2B voice process, specifically for the ELD Telematics campaign. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain detailed logs of all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Call Handling:
• Manage inbound and outbound international B2B voice calls.
• Respond to customer inquiries about ELD (Electronic Logging Devices) and telematics solutions.
• Provide detailed product information, resolve queries, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Customer Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs.
• Log Maintenance:
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM tools or designated platforms.
• Record issue resolutions, call outcomes, and follow-up actions.
• Campaign Management:
• Handle all aspects of the ELD Telematics campaign effectively.
• Stay updated on industry standards, compliance requirements, and campaign goals.
• Problem Resolution:
• Identify, escalate, and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with technical teams for efficient problem-solving.
• Shift and Compliance:
• Work in rotational shifts, ensuring 24/7 support coverage.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in international B2B voice processes, preferably in ELD telematics or a similar field.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, with a professional and courteous tone.
• Strong interpersonal skills for handling diverse clients.
• Proficiency in CRM software and call logging tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.
