Key Responsibilities
• Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
• customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing accurate information and solutions
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Verify documents received from client co-ordinators.
• ??Work with client co-ordinators in case of any query related to documents.
• ??Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
