• Planning and Procurement by coordination with Sales, Lead plants across the globe, Freight forwarders, Global Support teams and ensure smooth materials flow and responsible for inventory optimization.
• Operate MM/ PP transactions - Handle EDI PO\'S, Scheduling agreements, , MRP Parameters
• Generate PR Reports, Raise PO\'s, Scheduling Agreements, Handle own Team, Central Teams, Sales Coordinator & Account Development Team
• Hands on Experience in SAP MM / PP Module/ EXCEL, MS Tools.
• Follow-up with Warehouse for goods receipt, Damages, Exception handling
• Having discussion with Cross Functional teams, Follow-up for Backlog orders as well as Backlog stocks, Proactive approach. If any deviation, follow up with Escalations as per Authority Matrix.
• Report generation for Open order status and Inventory forecasting.
• Ensure the information flow is adhered to as per the Standard process. Maintenance of data as per Company requirement and participate in different Audits.
• Visit External Warehouse/ Freight Forwarders / Global Support Teams & have smooth Information flow

Qualifications

B.E. Mechanical with 10 - 15 years of relevant experience.

M.B.A. will be additional advantage.

Preferred skills / exposure :

• SAP in MM / PP Module
• Knowledge of Demand Planning
• Hands on experience in Customer dealing
