In Bosch Rexroth India Executive/engineer Lean Engineer (bosch Production System)
Job Description
Work with all departments in the value stream to identify and implement lean processes. Identifying opportunities for improvement in processes including trends in technology that could impact on business model. Train and support continuous improvement events with departments to determine and eliminate waste. Manage System CIP projects according to standard procedure. Co-ordinate with all stake holders to promote standard BPS tools i.e 5S, Standardize Work, Standardization, Kaizen, Suggestion Scheme, Value Stream Planning. Support on Lean Assessment, conduct regular self-assessment to know the situation. Implement and Sustain 5S standards, Visualization across all areas. Qualifications B.E Mechanical with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience. Preferred Skills - Hands on experience on M S Office tool Communication Skill Interpersonal Skills Data Analytics Lean Tools
