Job Summary:
We are looking for a Test Manager with expertise in Selenium, Appium, or equivalent automation tools to lead and manage software testing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in functional and non-functional testing, including performance, regression, load, and stress testing, with a strong focus on TDD/BDD methodologies. The role also requires hands-on experience with test management using JIRA and integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the test strategy, ensuring high-quality software releases.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium, Appium, or equivalent tools.
• Lead the functional and non-functional testing efforts, including performance, regression, load, and stress testing.
• Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) approaches using tools like Cucumber, SpecFlow, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Oversee and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Work with product owners and developers to define test cases based on BDD principles.
• Ensure traceability between test cases and user stories in JIRA.
• Manage and maintain test environments, ensuring smooth execution of automated and manual tests.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools.
• Analyze test reports, identify risks, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of testers, ensuring best testing practices are followed.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, including test automation and non-functional testing.
• Expertise in Selenium, Appium, or equivalent automation tools.
• Strong understanding of TDD/BDD methodologies and experience using Cucumber, SpecFlow, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Proficiency in test management and defect tracking using JIRA.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and Agile testing.
• Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for test execution.
• Knowledge of device farm testing for mobile applications using tools like AWS Device Farm, Firebase Test Lab, Sauce Labs, BrowserStack or something similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with security testing.
• Experience in performance, regression, load, and stress testing using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar.
• Experience in mobile testing (iOS, Android) and cloud-based testing platforms like Sauce Labs, BrowserStack.

Education:

• Bachelor?s/Master?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
