"Responsibilities:The incumbent will primarily work under the overall guidance of Central PMU and report to the state- level authorities. The broad role typically entails the following activities -
xc2xb7 Identify Primary Agriculture Credit Society for computerization in the state
xc2xb7 Liaise with stakeholders to gather state-specific needs and communicate the same to Central
PMU/System Integrators
xc2xb7 Provide management/technical support for project implementation and post-implementation,
as well as prepare necessary MIS reports applicable to the state
xc2xb7 Monitor the implementation progress in the state and follow up with stakeholders as necessary for issue resolution
xc2xb7 Facilitate capacity building for the state Broad Experience & Expertise Requirements
xc2xb7 The role requires a candidate with technology/ consulting/ business analysis/ project management / accounting experience of 3+ years
xc2xb7 Candidates with exposure to Cooperatives/ Rural Banking/ AgriTech or GovTech exposure in Rural India will be preferred
xc2xb7 Candidates having Agri-specific academic qualification/ diploma from institutes like MANAGE Hyderabad, Vamnicom Pune, NIAM Jaipur, and NAARM Hyderabad are preferred
xc2xb7 Proficiency in the local language is preferred
Specific Past Work Experience Requirements
xc2xb7 3+ years of Business Analysis/ Technology/ Consulting/ Project management experience
xc2xb7 Experience in the Government sector and Agriculture domain is highly preferred
xc2xb7 Experience in Financial Services (Credit/Lending) or in accounting will also be considered
xc2xb7 Experience in Banking, knowledge of Common Banking systems technology modules will be an
