The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with government clients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with.Responsibilities: The incumbent will primarily work under the overall guidance of CentralPMU and report to the state-
level authorities. The broad role typically entails the following activities -
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify Primary Agriculture Credit Society for computerization in the
state
\xef\x82\xb7 Liaise with stakeholders to gather state-specific needs and communicate
the same to Central
PMU/System Integrators
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide management/technical support for project implementation and
post-implementation,
as well as prepare necessary MIS reports applicable to the state
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor the implementation progress in the state and follow up with
stakeholders as necessary
for issue resolution
\xef\x82\xb7 Facilitate capacity building for the state
Broad Experience & Expertise Requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 The role requires a candidate with technology/ consulting/ business
analysis/ project
management / accounting experience of 3+ years
\xef\x82\xb7 Candidates with exposure to Cooperatives/ Rural Banking/ AgriTech or
GovTech exposure in
Rural India will be preferred
\xef\x82\xb7 Candidates having Agri-specific academic qualification/ diploma from
institutes like MANAGE
Hyderabad, Vamnicom Pune, NIAM Jaipur, and NAARM Hyderabad are
preferred
\xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency in the local language is preferred
Specific Past Work Experience Requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 3+ years of Business Analysis/ Technology/ Consulting/ Project
management experience
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in the Government sector and Agriculture domain is highly
preferred
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in Financial Services (Credit/Lending) or in accounting will
also be considered
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in Banking, knowledge of Common Banking systemstechnology modules will be an
advantage.
