To enable this, we have zero tolerance for any discrimination and harassment based on the above considerations.Responsibilities:Risks found during audits relating to the way we target the compliance Learning to the worker is to be addressed by this project.We intend to introduce a new capability that will ensure our assignment rules accurately target risks by gathering attested user profile data from the individual directly, to give data that describes risk activities in a direct manner.Goal - To improve the targeting of Ethics and Compliance Training to At Risk and At Higher Risk audiences.Objective - To mitigate an ongoing SECO audit finding by systemically targeting against workers Risk ActivitiesImplementation of this project will help us meet the objectives by improve:Relevance (the staff who are 'at risk' get nominated),Impact (learners get the right content)Learner experience (learning offerings are delivered in right modality, at the right time, in the most efficient and effective way).Project plans to:Enhance CCA tool and ERS reporting systemImplement Anti Bribery and Corruption (ABC) risk assessment as PilotBuild a scalable solution that can cater to other risk areas with fewer changes.Mandatory skill sets:Primary Skills would be :- Software testing- Interface Testing- System Integration Testing- Test Planning and executionPreferred skill sets:API testing is not necessaryYears of experience required:2+ to 8 Years of Experience in software (Workday) testing and QAEducation qualification:B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM.
