Line of Service AdvisoryIndustry/Sector Not ApplicableSpecialism DealsManagement Level Associate & Summary The role will be to work in the Capital Markets Advisory team of PWC and get involved in doing the diagnostic study of potential IPO aspirants. In some cases, the companies may also go in for private funding, but the preparation is the same. The candidate will also be part of the project management team to work on behalf of the client in managing the IPO timetable. Besides managing the investor relations post IPO and helping the company maximizing its market cap will be an important milestone of the role.
