Job Title: In-House Sales Executive (Female)

Location: Udhana/ Katargam, Surat, Gujarat

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated In-House Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales and marketing, comprehensive knowledge of textile fabrics, and exceptional communication skills in English. As an In-House Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and promoting our textile products effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Marketing:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client prospects.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client queries and concerns.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Product Knowledge:
• Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of various textile fabrics and their applications.
• Advise clients on fabric choices based on their needs and preferences.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in the textile industry.
• Sales Administration:
• Prepare and process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Generate sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
• Communication:
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Draft and send professional correspondence, including proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the textile or related industry.
• In-depth knowledge of textile fabrics and their applications.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
