Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
# Should be able to handle projects independently.
# Coordinating all project efforts in order to ensure effective execution from initial design concept to construction at site.
# Preparing construction drawings.
# Monitoring & coordinating with other professional consultants. (PHE, Fire, Structural, etc)
# Develop and monitor scope, budget, schedule and quality.
# Site coordination & timely visits for ensuring smooth functioning of the project.
#Coordination needed with gov sectors like SJDA, Corporation, PCB, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
• Yearly bonus
Experience:
• total work: 5 years (Preferred)
