Purpose Are you ready to embark on a rewarding and impactful career journey As an In Custody Information, Advice, and Guidance Adviser, you will play a vital role in guiding and empowering prisoners on their path to positive learning and employment outcomes, both in custody and beyond. Your mission is to provide invaluable careers advice, support, and guidance to help individuals transform their lives. Essential You will have: Level 3 or above IAG or CIAG accreditation (Adviser) Drive to work towards Level 4 CIAG (Trainee) Demonstrable evidence of Continuing Professional Development Demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer service skills Excellent IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software and previous experience of working with databases Download The For Full Details.
