Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of the shoe manufacturing unit.
• Ensure production targets are met with high-quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate staff schedules and workloads.- Implement and monitor production processes to optimize efficiency.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement of materials.- Handle quality control and troubleshoot production issues.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the footwear industry.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.- Proficiency in production management software is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
