They help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively.As a risk management generalist at PwC, you will provide advisory and practical support to teams across a wide range of specialist risk and compliance areas.Responsibilities:Risk & Independence Helpline Support:

• Resolve queries and issues efficiently and effectively.
• Provide guidance and support to Level 1 team members.

ServiceNow (SNOW) Ticket Management:

• Handle and prioritize SNOW tickets raised by business users.
• Liaise with the Global Salesforce team to escalate and resolve Salesforce defects related to Business Operating Systems (BOS) and Know Your Customer (KYC) systems.

Report Generation:

• Utilize SQL to generate and manage reports for the Unirisq System.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of report delivery.

CI Tool Support:

• Provide single-handed support for a CI tool-related chat group.
• Address user queries and issues, ensuring smooth operation of the tool.

Mandatory skill sets:

• Proficient in SQL and database management.

Preferred skill sets:

• Familiarity with Salesforce and ServiceNow (SNOW) platforms.
