Job Title: IMS Coordinator (Integrated Management System Coordinator)
Job Summary:
The IMS Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) within the organization. This role involves coordinating various management system standards such as quality, environmental, health and safety, and information security to ensure compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• IMS Development and Implementation:
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement an Integrated Management System (IMS) framework aligning with applicable management system standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001).
• Establish IMS policies, procedures, and documentation to meet regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.
• Ensure integration and alignment of IMS requirements with existing business processes and systems.
• Compliance Management:
• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant international standards, legal regulations, and industry best practices pertaining to quality, environmental management, health and safety, and information security.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify non-conformities, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities and mitigate risks.
• Training and Awareness:
• Provide training and awareness sessions to employees on IMS policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Foster a culture of compliance, quality consciousness, environmental stewardship, and safety awareness throughout the organization.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of IMS processes, procedures, manuals, and records.
• Prepare reports and metrics to track IMS performance, trends, and areas for enhancement.
• Present IMS performance reports to management and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the IMS.
• Facilitate management reviews to evaluate IMS performance, identify areas for improvement, and establish objectives and targets.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including management, employees, customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to address IMS-related concerns and requirements.
• Represent the organization during external audits and certifications.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Information Security) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing Integrated Management Systems (IMS) preferably in a similar industry.
• In-depth knowledge of international management system standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification(s) in relevant management system standards (e.g., Lead Auditor certification) is desirable.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
