The role will also enable you to provide your analytical expertise to notable transformation initiatives, business flows, units, and functions. What you will do:- Analyze, propose and implement improvements to processes, ways of working, operations and organizations.- Define business cases and Objectives and Key Results (OKR) for transformation initiatives.- Identify and manage risks related to transformation initiatives.- Drive transformation initiatives from idea to adoption, ensuring OKRs are met, and business cases are fulfilled.- Manage a portfolio of transformations, ensuring alignment across lines of business.- Operate as a change catalyst, fostering required culture changes within our operations.
