5S Principles: Apply a basic understanding of 5S principles and their impact on workplace organization and efficiency. Mechanical Tools and Assemblies: Possess knowledge of mechanical tools and mechanical assemblies to evaluate related processes. Workplace Ergonomics: Apply a basic understanding of workplace ergonomics to create ergonomic improvements for employee well-being. Process Classification: Ability to classify processes as non-value-added or value-added within the workplace. Implement process improvements and assess their efficiency. 5S Audits and Team Building: Develop and execute 5S audit cycles to evaluate compliance and identify areas for improvement.
