Position: Import Executive (Male)

Experience- 3-5yrs

Salary- 30k per month

Location- Indore

Job description:

Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and agreements.

Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs.

Monitor and analyze market trends, pricing, and product availability.

Create and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.

procurement and vendor management.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase of materials from local vendors.

Checking and Confirming the Material Inward Quantity as well as Quality

Regular Material Material Follow Up from Vendors and Transporter for Smooth Delivery

Generation of Purchase Order for Respective vendors.

Knowledge of tender bidding.

Knowledge of import documentation and coordination.

Required Skills

Ability to work as part of a team

Good communication skills

M.S. Excel, work on google Sheet., Tally.

Good Knowledge of Import and Export.
