Collecting the delivery order from shipping line and arrange. \xc2\xb7 For clearing from CFS, Original BL copy duly endorsed by consignee/CHA (If Bank then Bank endorsement) issue Gang Letter & off-loading letter along with invoice & receipt, Follow up with shipping line. \xc2\xb7 Correspond with Liner, Shipper, CHA & Transporters. Handling nomination shipments. Filing Manifest on ODEX and as per requirement of liner. \xc2\xb7 Co-ordination with overseas Agent/Offices. \xc2\xb7 Preparing documents for third party CFS Nomination. \xc2\xb7 DPD + CFS documents filing as per consignee requirement. \xc2\xb7 Preparing all type of Bonds like container bonds, security bond, double duty bond & Required related letters, maintain filing of documents, other relevant papers. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining monthly volume data of import and export in excel sheet on daily basis.
