• Examine data files, processes, forms, reports and operational needs of customers and complete data mapping and transaction workflow documents as the basis for conversion to FIS systems.
• As part of the conversion process, tests customized software against customer specific needs sharing reports and application specific data with customers that reflect how conversion data will be processed. Reviews conversion results (reports, balancing, data load, software changes) with client to refine and confirm requirements. Obtains formal customer acceptance of results.
• Conducts train the trainer sessions to instruct and train internal customers (employees) or external customers on changes, new systems or new procedures.
• Through data analysis, product mapping and interviews, gathers forms and data files from customer and assesses requirements for software utilization and discusses any software customization requirements with programming team.
• Develops understanding of and defines client products and services through information gathering sessions to determine how FIS systems must be established to meet client needs.

• Willing to work on regular night shifts ( 6 PM - 3 AM)
• Validate data when converting from existing software (Bankway, Bankpac) to Horizon. Assist with analyzing conversion specs pre conversion. Training additional Validation Analysts
• Performed testing and business analyst functions on Agile projects; and due to efficiency and success of test deliverables, was assigned numerous business analyst responsibilities by project managers within project management office.
• Performed gap analysis between project business requirements and functional design documentation.
• Served as liaison to cross-functional application teams to ensure testing coordination and completeness.
• Served as liaison to critical business partner and technical development teams.
• Led, planned, organized and executed testing for new application\xe2\x80\x99s system integration, user acceptance and production technical shakeout.
• Participated in ongoing coordination with line of business team and project business partners to ensure testing activities included revisions to business requirements.
• Identified issues for defect reporting and resolution as defect manager, using Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Quality Center and JIRA software for tracking and reporting.
• Facilitated training, coaching and mentoring to business teams regarding best practices, processes and tools as they related to system integration and UAT activities.
• Produced test plan and test script development aligned with complex business requirements; and produced ad hoc report production requests from management.
• Provided continuous support to project management office, overseeing cross-functional team status meetings, statistics reports, defect management and test execution progress.
• Worked with production support team, including on-call, deployment support, system monitoring and resolution validation.
• Participated in documentation of application mapping for BBVA to PNC conversion.
