About the team:


The candidate will be responsible for the requirements surveys, branding definition, configuration, and Issues resolution of our FIS products from an implementation and conversion perspective.

What you will be doing:

• Seeking a qualified candidate possessing techno functional experience in Banking/financial domain.
• The candidate must demonstrate sound Business Analysis skills such as gathering requirements and creating functional designs.
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• The candidate should work with client facing Team and technical teams in resolving the issues and implementation activities.

What you will need:

• As an implementation and conversion analyst you're the main key to the project who will link the other working departments according to client's requirements
• Client weekly meeting should be must to know the timeline and requirements as to meet client expectations.
• To provide professional services to clients using the Front Arena software solution including, but not limited to project implementation.
• Client's requirements (may include, but not limited to products, pricing, risk calculations, workflows, functionality, accounting configuration)
• May perform validation on pricing models, risk.
• Management to communicate Front Arena Client requirements and expectations.
• Conducts systems tests; supports System Integration Testing
• Provides continual feedback to the project manager promptly highlighting any potential issues to allow a proactive solution to be offered.
• Creates project documentation and deliverables.
• Provides training on Front Arena to clients as well as colleagues.
• May act as project manager for functional aspects of consulting projects.
• Mentor, guide, advise and/or check work of less experienced business systems analysts and technology business consultants.
