You will add value by being a canibuild expert and proactively support our customers.Job Responsibilities

• Provide detailed account walkthroughs and assist new customer with implementation
• Clearly communicate account setup requirements and expectation with customers and key stakeholders
• Educate customers on canibuild's capabilities and best practices to simplify adoption and align expectations
• Record customer implementation needs, requests, and inquiries in CRM
• Collaborate with customer success, sales, business development, IT and finance teams
• Leverage feedback for continuous improvement within our onboarding process
• Develop a deep understanding of our customers' business and operational objectives
• Proactively listen to customer feedback and ask clarifying question to achieve optimum use of the canibuild app
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with new customers and other stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree
• Previous experience in B2B account management or B2B customer success is a plus, but not required
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• Has a keen understanding of the sales process, account management and customer relationship management
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the passion to make an impact in a fast-growing start-up
• Construction experience is a bonus but not a requirement
• Work schedule is Mon to Fri, 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM IST
