:Job Role:SECTION I : KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES1. Strategic/Managerial Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Responsible for driving/managing the online banking platforms2. Program management and management reporting\xc2\xb7 Identify customer needs for products enhancement / deal solutioning,\xc2\xb7 Effective project management skills, with rigorous tracking and following up with sales for success of project. Publishing reports etc\xc2\xb7 Interface with technology team to identify opportunities to migrate knowledge / systems / processes.\xc2\xb7 Work with IT/ BSG / Operations towards implementing a deal\xc2\xb7 Work with PSM in making effective pitches to customers\xc2\xb7 Ensure effective implementation of new initiatives and perform UAT(User acceptance testing) before product/new feature launch\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve target project implementation TaTs\xc2\xb7 Conduct training and education program for internal support units and customers\xc2\xb7 Provide advice and guidance for Online Banking services as a subject matter expert\xc2\xb7 Drive the development of projects, develop detailed project development plan & BRDs, track and monitor project progress3. Self-Management Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Maintaining up to date knowledge of developments in the market, competitor activities, etc. in implementation space\xc2\xb7 Acting as an efficient conduit between Product, Sales, technology and Operations\xc2\xb7 Working with all the relevant stake holders, viz., IT / Operations teams and ensuring timely delivery of products / solutions\xc2\xb7 Creation and maintenance of repository of necessary implemented projects, documents, demos and other collaterals for easy access and self\xc2\xb7 help for sales force\xc2\xb7 Tracking performance through analytics and monthly dashboards for better sales management\xc2\xb7 Support/Handle sales, relationship queries for quick activation and conversionsSECTION II: KEY INTERACTIONS1. Key Internal Interactions\xc2\xb7 Trainings to internal stake holders, demos of various products\xc2\xb7 Coordination amongst all stake holders as may be need. (Eg. Setting up new process etc..)2. Minimum Qualifications\xc2\xb7 Graduate from a leading university\xc2\xb7 Language Skills Proficient in English writing and communication2. EXPERIENCE\xc2\xb7 Years of Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in CMS Payments space3. Nature of Experience\xc2\xb7 Proven working experience in project management in the banking and information technology sector\xc2\xb7 Solid banking background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in digital banking projects or banking products\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of CMS products, regulatory and compliance policies would be an added advantage\xc2\xb7 Excellent knowledge of excel.4. Good knowledge of payments modes like RTGS / NEFT / IMPS / Fund Transfers5.
