REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in both written and verbal communication, with strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. o Demonstrate capability to swiftly adapt to and master new software and systems. o Possesses a problem-solving mindset with an attitude to get into intricate details to offer effective solutions. o Exhibits passion, enthusiasm, and adept at conveying these traits through phone and email interactions. o Familiarity with MS Office / Google Docs and Sheets is essential. o Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule. o Possesses an analytical mindset to approach challenges strategically. o Understanding of APIs and API integrations o Understanding of programming basics. o Knowledge of coding is advantageous, particularly in JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, and HTML basics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customize the application to meet specific customer needs. o Develop templates according to customer specifications. o Address and resolve technical / non-technical issues raised. o Documentation of project and to collaborate with the internal teams to track progress. o Deploy solutions for customers through application configuration. o Ensuring the functionality and performance of the chatbot implementation. o Provide customer support by addressing inquiries about the application and adjusting processes as needed. o Undertake additional tasks or projects as necessary. o Keep abreast of product features and updates.
