We aim to help boost peoples\xe2\x80\x99 overall quality of life and provide even higher value to our customers.Job Roles & responsibilities:Engineers will perform installation, re-installation, configuration, and upgradation Managed Security Services (WAF/PIM/DS/SFTP) solutions components in client\xe2\x80\x99s environment during service period.Perform troubleshooting on Managed Security Services (WAF/PIM/DS/SFTP) Solution related issues by performing analysis and fine tuning, restricted to technical capabilities provided by OEMMonitor Managed Security Services (WAF/PIM/DS/SFTP) components on a periodic basis and submit reports to client\xe2\x80\x99s team as and when required / requested.Escalate Managed Security Services (WAF/PIM/DS/SFTP) solution related issues to the OEM\xe2\x80\x99s technical support as per client\xe2\x80\x99s support agreement. Liaise, end to end co-ordinate and follow-up with OEM technical support.Based on requirement from client, Engineer will perform Managed Security Services (WAF/PIM/DS/SFTP) Policy Management inline to features/methods supported by OEM.Based on requirement from client, Engineer will configure and generate custom reportsMaintain Managed Security Services (WAF/PIM/DS/SFTP) Solution health and performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning restricted to technical capabilities provided by OEM in their product.Keep client teams informed on system status, issue status, test & evaluation plans related to Managed Security Services (WAF/PIM/DS/SFTP) solution as and when required.Follow client\xe2\x80\x99s Change / Service Management process to accept, review and implement changes to Managed Security Services (WAF/PIM/DS/SFTP) solution system.Perform Health-check quarterly and submit report.Monitoring & Management of Devices, Vendor Management & Reporting for the aforesaid solution.Onsite Engineer will perform the new application configuration in the tool for monitoring on request from customer.
