Responsibilities:1.Partner with Doctors and Hospitals to establish major alliances and facilitate patient referrals2.Guide and cultivate the Sales Team's growth across the region, overseeing their progress and ensuring target achievement3.Identify and cultivate new crowdfunding avenues and patient referral channels within the healthcare sector4.Set revenue and goals for the Sales team, and manage the team's weekly and monthly pipelines5.Provide valuable market feedback to company leadership, contributing insights on competitive offerings, customer needs, and product development opportunities6.Oversee the P&L of the entire region, ensuring financial targets are met Required Skills :1 .Previous startup experience in the medical or healthcare sector2. 5+ years of experience in B2C sales role3. Proven success in team management4. Ability to travel as needed for business engagementsGood to Have1.
