Community Engagement and Stakeholder Collaboration:
Engage with local farming communities, cooperatives, and agricultural stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
Foster strong relationships with relevant government agencies, NGOs, and other organizations to collaborate on initiatives aimed at improving agricultural practices and livelihoods.
Impact Assessment and Monitoring:
Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the social, economic, and environmental impact of agricultural projects and initiatives.
Regularly monitor project progress, collect data, and analyze results to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.
Capacity Building and Training:
Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to build the capacity of farmers and agricultural communities in areas such as sustainable farming practices, crop management, and post-harvest techniques.
Provide technical assistance and support to farmers to enhance productivity, reduce environmental impact, and improve livelihoods.
Project Management and Implementation:
Manage the planning, implementation, and evaluation of agricultural projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute projects effectively, manage resources efficiently, and achieve desired outcomes within established timelines and budgets.To track the progress of the project on the basis of performance indicators of the program. To collect and analyse the data required for monitoring and evaluation purpose. The position involves intense travel in operational areas especially in blocks and villages.
