Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong ability to engage with customers over the phone. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, addressing their inquiries, and promoting our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce our products/services, follow up on leads, and drive sales.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering their questions, addressing concerns, and providing accurate information about our offerings.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential sales opportunities and gather relevant information to generate leads for the sales team.
• Data Entry: Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from customers to help improve our services and address any issues or concerns..
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies and legal regulations, including data protection and telemarketing guidelines.

Experience: 1-3 years experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred

Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,366.71 - ?20,992.83 per month
