What you\'ll be doing

Must be able to handle a multi-task environment within the immigration function. Duties include, analyzing case documents, preparing work permit applications & maintaining employee files and reports among other duties. Ability to complete individual goals as well as work in a team.

What you bring to the team (Sample below - amend bullets to suit the role - keep to a maximum of 5)

Case Management:

  • Analyze case documents and prepare complex immigration applications for filing, adhering to SLA\'s
  • Initiate and review DS160 visa stamping appointments at US Consulates
  • Prepare and send work permit application packages (new, transfers, amendments and extensions) to USCIS and Canada Immigration
  • Nonimmigrant visas: H-1B & dependent applications.
  • Maintain detailed and highly confidential employee/case information using INSZoom software
  • Develop and maintain tickler system, database, master dockets and calendars
  • Prepare LCA for application filings and PAF\'s
General Duties:
  • Monitor & respond to Team mailboxes
  • Prep employees for Consulate interviews
  • Prepare and maintain the Public Access Files for H1B workers
  • Coordinate with evaluation agencies for education and work experience evaluation reports required for H1B filing.
  • Maintain employee digital files, ensuring proper documentation is needed in compliance with Immigration policies.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ years\' experience
  • Knowledge of INSZoom (immigration) software
  • Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and power point.
  • Must be a self-starter, team-player and have good communication skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task.
