We are looking for a person for the position of Immigration Sales Consultant for our company, to work from our Backoffice in Thane, India. We have Singapore based operations, but this position is based in Thane, India. We run various online digital campaigns from which prospective customers enquire for services. The sales function is responsible for converting these inquiries into paying customers. Enquiries are recorded as leads in our CRM system. On which the salesperson will be required to work. Since the office location is in Thane we are looking for people who are based nearby thane and are able to commute to the office conveniently. Immigration approval rates are low in Singapore. So applicants tend to engage professional consultants to file the application. This is the main service offering of our company. We provide assistance to people for their immigration matters in Singapore. The speciality of this role is, while being based in India, you will be converting sales leads in Singapore. For this reason, excellent sales skills, zoom presentation skills on zoom call, ability to understand and communicate in English with a wider variety of clients and previous proven experience is a must. From the CRM we use, business WhatsApp, email, telephone to contact the customer. Almost all meetings with customer are done on zoom video conferencing. Immigration Sales Manager Responsibilities Contacting prospects on the phone, by email, via whatsapp to enquire if they are interested in taking up our services Meeting clients online (zoom ) Convincing customers to take our services Conducting discussions/presentations to the customer on phone or on zoom Handling customer questions, inquiries, and doubts Preparing and sending quotes and proposals Follow up with the customer Meeting monthly sales targets Sales Consultant Requirements Min 4-5 years of sales experience Min Degree Excellent Zoom Presentation skills is a must. Must have done in previous job. Experience of sales in Singapore immigration matters is preferred if you have, if not any other immigration matters preferred Strong verbal and written communicator (Excellent English skills are mandatory as you will be primarily working with foreign individuals) Excellent phone and presentation skills Excellent clarity on how to present points to the client to drive them to the conversion.
