• The inside sales executive will be responsible for communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process
• Provide clear information on Permanent Residence Visas, Temporary Residence Visas, Student Visas, Short term Visa.
• Able to provide the highest levels of customer service to clients
• Following up on leads. creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Interacting with clients to solve their queries related to the process.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Excellent communication skills
• Managing and responding to inbound leads via telephone and email.
• Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs
• Must be able to provide adequate information and offer solutions where necessary. Follow up on leads whilst providing ongoing guidance and advice
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
• Experience working in a consulting role or customer support or Tele-calling or Inside Sales can apply.
• Strong client-centric approach with the ability to build trust and rapport.
