Job Responsibilities

• Attend walk-ins and Handling client interactions.
• Provide professional Guidance in Counseling.
• Be responsible for all aspects and stages of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service.
• Must have minimum of 1 years work experience in tell calling/visa counseling.

• Candidate should have pleasing personality with effective convincing and selling skill.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: ( Hindi and Punjabi)
• Responsible and motivated to give your best.
• Should have strong relationship building skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure, strict time-lines and targets.
