Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on immigration laws and regulations.
• Handle visa applications, appeals, and other immigration-related cases.
• Draft and review legal documents and contracts.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings when required.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies.
• Counsel and assist clients with legal strategies tailored to their needs.

Expertise Required:

• A degree in law (LLB or equivalent) with a valid license to practice.
• Specialization or experience in immigration law.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Familiarity with global immigration policies and visa processes is an advantage.
