Job Title: Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager at Phoenix Business Advisory , you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by developing new client relationships, managing the sales cycle, and leading our sales team. You will help businesses navigate the complexities of migrating to the U.S. and Australia, offering them expert guidance and tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Leadership & Team Management:
• Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and expectations, ensuring consistent performance and growth.
• Provide training, mentorship, and support to team members to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
• Identify and reach out to potential clients seeking business migration solutions to the U.S. and Australia.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to support their business expansion and migration goals.
• Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with Phoenix Business Advisory's objectives and market demands.
• Lead client consultations, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate deals to secure high-value contracts.
• Guide clients through the business migration process, explaining our services and the advantages of working with us.
• Lead Nurturing & Conversion:
• Qualify inbound leads and convert them into loyal clients by presenting customized business migration solutions.
• Create tailored quotes, proposals, and migration plans to address the specific needs of each client.
• Market Research & Competitive Intelligence:
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities.
• Leverage insights to stay ahead of competitors and ensure Phoenix Business Advisory maintains its market leadership.
• Customer Experience & Satisfaction:
• Ensure a seamless, positive experience for clients from initial contact through post-sale support.
• Address client concerns and offer solutions to ensure a smooth business migration experience.
• Sales Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics.
• Networking & Industry Representation:
• Represent Phoenix Business Advisory at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to expand your professional network.
• Establish relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Required Skill Set:
• Exceptional Communication Skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Proven Leadership Experience managing a sales team and driving sales performance.
• Sales Experience in business development, particularly in immigration services or international markets.
• Strong Negotiation Skills with the ability to close high-value deals and build lasting client relationships.
• Results-Oriented with a go-getter attitude and a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Basic Computer Proficiency , including CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tools.
• Excellent Questioning & Probing Skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Strategic Thinking and the ability to contribute to long-term business growth.
• Customer-Centric Approach to ensure client satisfaction at every stage of the sales process.
