Job Description
: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Female Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide guidance, support, and advice to individuals facing personal, social, or academic challenges. The counselor will use various counseling techniques to help clients develop coping strategies and improve their mental and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
• Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide emotional support and guidance on issues such as stress, anxiety, relationships, and personal development.
• Maintain confidential client records and document progress.
• Collaborate with other professionals for holistic care.
• Assist clients in setting and achieving personal goals.
• Stay updated with the latest counseling techniques and practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Certification as a licensed counselor (if applicable).
• Proven experience in counseling or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Empathy and understanding toward diverse clients.
