We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as an Immigration Consultant. As an Immigration Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the immigration process, assessing their eligibility, and providing expert advice on visa applications. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs and objectives.

2. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and immigration policies.

3. Prepare and submit visa applications, ensuring completeness and compliance with relevant regulations.

4. Liaise with government authorities, embassies, and consulates on behalf of clients.

5. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and application progress.

6. Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and regulations to provide timely advice to clients.

7. Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

8. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

9. Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients and expand our clientele base.

10. Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with immigration laws and procedures is an advantage.

Pay: ?10,367.20 - ?15,000.00 per month
