Experience- Min 2 years of exp in immigration consultant or international counselling . Location- South delhi Role & Responsibilities 1. To counsel and assist students to make best-informed decisions 2. To develop and enhance the counselling services 3. To follow up on student enquiry / application / acceptance. 4. Providing customer service to existing customers (including: answering basic inquiries, requesting documents etc.) and prospective customers (e.g. helping them book in consultations) 5. Preparing documents (e.g. document checklists, visa application forms, submission letters etc.) 6. Client case management (e.g. managing case notes and timelines) Qualifications, skills and experience 7. Previous education or migration related experience. 8.
