To develop and enhance the counselling services3. To follow up on student enquiry / application / acceptance.4. Providing customer service to existing customers (including: answering basic inquiries, requesting documents etc.) and prospective customers (e.g. helping them book in consultations)5. Preparing documents (e.g. document checklists, visa application forms, submission letters etc.)6.
