Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Client Consultation:
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their immigration goals, background, and specific requirements for obtaining Permanent Residency.
- Provide detailed and up-to-date information on PR eligibility criteria, documentation, and application processes.
- Document Preparation:
- Guide clients in collecting and organizing the necessary documents required for a successful Permanent Residency application.
- Ensure all documentation meets the standards and requirements set by immigration authorities.
- Application Processing:
- Prepare, review, and submit Permanent Residency applications on behalf of clients, ensuring adherence to timelines and compliance with immigration regulations.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on the status of their PR applications.
- Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge:
- Stay informed about changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures related to Permanent Residency.
- Provide clients with timely updates on any changes that may impact their PR applications.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients by offering exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Provide guidance on additional services related to immigration or settlement support.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as immigration authorities and government bodies, to facilitate smooth processes and resolve issues related to PR applications.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, applications, and other relevant documentation.
- Bachelor\'s degree
- Proven 3+ years of experience as an immigration consultant, specializing in Permanent Residency in Australia.
- In-depth knowledge of PR regulations, policies, and procedures in various countries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for document preparation and application submission.
