Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Provide guidance and advice to individuals or organizations seeking immigration services.
• Case Management: Handle and manage immigration cases efficiently from start to finish.
• Documentation: Assist clients in preparing and organizing required documents, forms, and applications.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure all immigration processes and paperwork comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Research: Stay updated with immigration policies, rules, and procedures to provide accurate information to clients.
• Representation: Represent clients in hearings, interviews, or meetings with immigration authorities, if necessary.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on their case status and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field. A master's degree may be preferred.
• Certification: Certification or accreditation as an Immigration Consultant (where applicable).
• Experience: Previous experience in immigration law, consultancy, or related fields is typically required.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
