Provide advisory and support services to clients.
The inside sales executive will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process
Following up on leads. creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Interacting with clients to solve their queries related to the process.
Proficiency in MS office and CRM software. Excellent communication skills
Managing and responding to inbound leads via telephone, and email.
Advice on the overseas options available, so as to enable the candidates & their family make an educated choice & the right decision.
Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs.
Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs
Must be able to provide adequate information and offer solutions where necessary. Follow up on leads whilst providing ongoing guidance and advice
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience working in a multicultural environment and ability to adapt to different cultural norms and practices.
