A leading USA based Immigration law firm, is looking for an experienced India Inbound Immigration Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. If you have expertise in Indian immigration processes and are passionate about assisting clients with navigating Indian immigration laws, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance and consultation on Indian immigration processes for clients.
• Manage visa and immigration documentation, including work permits, residence permits, and other immigration-related documents.
• Stay updated with the latest changes in Indian immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
• Assist clients in gathering and submitting necessary documentation for immigration applications.
• Communicate with clients to guide them through the entire immigration process and ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all immigration-related activities comply with Indian law.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Indian immigration processes, including handling work visas, residency permits, and other documentation.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian immigration laws and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and handle deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in using immigration case management software and systems is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
