• Greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing visitors
• Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
• Providing clients with all pertinent documentation
• Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork, and ensuring that this is submitted on time
• Maintaining office supplies, records and correspondence
• Providing administrative support to all team members as necessary
