• Acquiring the right talent
• Core HR IT recruitment knowledge
• Handling the end-to-end recruitment process
• Expertise in sourcing talents from Job Boards, Social Media Networks, Referrals, and LinkedIn
• Understanding the JD and requirements, posting jobs, sourcing resumes from various channels, screening candidates, assessing candidates through appropriate tests, conducting and coordinating interviews, and more
• Hiring for technical positions in digital marketing, content writers, CRM, Business analyst & sales, etc.
• Hands-on experience in payroll, etc.
• Facilitating the documentation process and other joining formalities.
