Looking For Candidates For Sales Executive From Steel or Cement .Open to travel in Pan IndiaAny Graduate CandidateKey Responsibilities: * Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to position the companys products effectively. Set sales targets and performance goals for the sales team. 2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and approach potential clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and brands. Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with clients. 3. Team Leadership & Development: Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met. Conduct regular training sessions to improve the teams product knowledge and sales skills. Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary. 4. Market Expansion & Business Development: Explore new markets and sales channels to expand the companys reach. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the companys products. Build partnerships with distributors and agents to increase sales. 5. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Develop sales forecasts and budgets to guide business planning. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth. 6. Product Knowledge & Promotion: Stay updated on the companys garment product lines and manufacturing capabilities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Effectively communicate product benefits and features to customers and the sales team. 7. Customer Service & Complaint Resolution: Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to product quality or delivery. Implement customer feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings. 8. Pricing & Profitability: Monitor market prices and adjust strategies to maintain competitive pricing. Work with production and finance departments to ensure pricing meets profitability targets. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing customers. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
