Location : Mumbai, Bangalore, DelhiDesignation :Leisure Sales (Domestic & International Sales)Position : 3 / For each Location

• Responsible for organizing company Group Travel & Individual Travel for events both domestic and International.
• Visa Applications & Documentation
• Manage guesthouse and hotel bookings.
• Organize for MICE off site - Town hall, Meetings etc.
• Conducting National & International level conferences with incentive tours in India and abroad.
• Managing relationships with Travel agencies and Vendors.
• Streamlined, track and managed Corporate Travel policy and procedures.
• Monitor travel expenses, monitoring travel activities, reconciling expenses.
• Circulate updates on travel guidelines and trends Co-vid protocols, Visa requirements etc.
• Travel settlement and Reimbursements.
• General office administration and invoice processing.
• Responsible for sourcing, negotiating & coordinating with vendors for Swag, Promotional Events such as brochures, T-shirt, pens, caps, etc.
