Working with organization to develop a recruitment plan. Executing recruitment plans efficiently. Drafting and posting job descriptions. Interviewing candidates. Preparing job offers. Networking with various institutions and social media. HR Recruiter Requirements: Candidate who has worked as an Agent in International BPO and have good network of agents will be preferred A minimum of 6 months and maximum of up to 2.5 years of relevant recruitment experience in Kolkata. Have a good network of sales agents. Excellent communication skills. Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook). Excellent record keeping.
