:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Image Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing, enhancing, and retouching images to meet client needs and project specifications. You will work with a variety of visual content, including photographs, digital artwork, and graphics, ensuring high-quality output for digital, print, and other media platforms. The Image Editor will collaborate with photographers, designers, and other team members to produce visually compelling and polished images.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and enhance images using industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools.
• Perform color correction, exposure adjustments, cropping, and resizing to improve image quality and achieve the desired look.
• Retouch images to remove imperfections, smooth skin, adjust lighting, and enhance details for professional results.
• Create composites by combining multiple images, graphics, and elements to deliver high-quality, polished visuals.
• Work with raw images and apply necessary edits to meet project specifications and creative direction.
• Ensure consistency in image style and quality across all projects, adhering to brand guidelines or client specifications.
• Optimize images for web, social media, print, and other digital platforms, ensuring they are appropriately sized and formatted.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create images for websites, social media, advertising, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Review and revise images based on feedback from clients or team members to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest image editing trends, techniques, and software tools to continuously improve workflow and results.
• Manage and organize digital assets efficiently for easy access and retrieval.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Image Editor, Photographer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in image editing software, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other industry-standard tools.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality in visual composition, color, and lighting.
• Experience with photo retouching, compositing, and enhancing images for various platforms.
• Familiarity with image optimization techniques for web and social media use.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience with video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
• Familiarity with other creative tools like Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, or InDesign is advantageous.
• Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
