Understanding Customer Behaviour and Feedback - Analyzing shopping behavior and feedback to tailor our offerings to meet customer needs and expectations.
Analyze store performance, customer feedback, and database information. Collaborate with matrix partners to identify successful offers and activities that drive traffic and increase membership
Combine global, national, and local offers to recruit and activate members effectively. Optimize local potential by aligning campaigns with specific market conditions.
Building a large, active IKEA FAMILY member community that contributes to long-term sales growth and profitability. Engage members through events, forums, and relevant content
Spreading awareness of IKEA FAMILY internally is crucial. Encourage colleagues to be ambassadors, ensuring consistent communication about the program\'s benefits throughout the store
Understand the market and customers\' living situations.
