This role will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that appropriate business solutions are delivered.Works with the project managers and user experience analysts to facilitate requirements sessions with business partners and cross-functional team members.Identifies and interviews internal and external subject matter experts to gain a deep understanding of business needs.Based on business needs, develops user stories, use cases, activity diagrams and other detailed requirements documents.Collaborates with development teams to provide optimum solutions.Interfaces with Product Owner and communicates progress of requirements gathering and documentation activities against project timelines and deliverables.Creates prototypes and functionality demos.Presents functional requirements to development, quality assurance and technical architecture teams, and represents stakeholders while addressing technical questions.Works with quality assurance analysts to create test plans and/or execution test scenarios to support requirements validation, user acceptance testing (UAT) and system testing.Must have:Degree or PG Diploma in the Business Analytics.Should have 5 to 6 years of experience in Business AnalysisExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.Strong analytical capabilities to break high level business requirements into specific functional requirements.Deep understanding of UX principles and best practices, specifically as they relate to the translation of business requirements to user interfaces and the holistic digital journey.Ability to visually depict concepts and solutions, including current state analysis, process maps and flows, business requirements documents (BRDs), functional requirements documents (FRDs), test cases, use cases and requirements pertaining to data, interface, usability, security and other disciplines as required.Skills in performing gap analysis and impact analysis by documenting the enhancements to support the business objectives.Worked in the scrum teams.Experience working with onsite offshore model.Good to have: Hands on BDD executable-specifications Working experience on Automotive domain is a plus.An understanding of agile methodologies.Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Etc.) for documentation and task execution.QualificationsB.E / B.Tech Degree or PG Diploma in the Business Analytics.Additional Information5 to 6 years of experience in Business Analysis
